Why?
Coaching is the second fastest growing industry. (Second to tech). There are just over 130,000 coaches globally and no one has really cornered the market. As the demand for coaches grows and more and more coaches enter the market, it will be imperative for coaches to perfect their craft. Coaching is a selfless act that requires continued discipline to refine. As BIPOC coaches, there is a need for a safe space to connect, develop, and create impact while in community.

As BIPOC coaches (Black, Indigenous, & People of Color) we create universal impact and have a love for continuously deepening our coaching expertise. Craft of Coaching is a space where we pride ourselves on creating a safe space to connect, develop, and make continued impact with our clients and beyond.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
A community rooted in true connection where you have the freedom to be transparent and vulnerable. We currently meet once per month for 90 minutes, via ZOOM, where we discuss a coaching topic and deepen our passion and craft of coaching as a tribe.
